I wanted to thank you and all involved yesterday for a superb event – carried off in trying circumstances! Initial feedback from our delegates has been overwhelmingly positive – a great success.

I would like to sincerely THANK YOU for all the efforts you put in so that the Event could still take place in Montreux! It was such a bad situation with all these airports closed, this amount of snow and you still MANAGE it so perfectly.

Everyone enjoyed painting and I am sure you noticed the screams of the participants when the big picture was unveiled…

‘Fifteen Famous Minutes’ it may have been but the memory will last forever for all concerned. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day, to the point that many have declared it the best conference yet (and there have been some memorable ones in the past to compete), but we appreciate that it was all due to the enthusiasm and professionalism of the Catalyst team that held the whole thing together.

The Oscar presentation was also excellently managed, for which you must take the credit, and it provided an excellent finale to the whole proceedings.

We got off to a good start with T-Shirt Masterpiece. Quite literally everyone enjoyed themselves and became thoroughly engrossed in the days’ activities.

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Catalyst to anyone wishing to develop and strengthen team spirit and would like to congratulate you on the level of professionalism we experienced throughout our day.

Our Group Managing Director was absolutely delighted with all the effort you put into our Directors’ Weekend as the main objectives were certainly achieved and I believe it even surpassed that of last year’s event!

Many of the Directors were a little apprehensive beforehand - mainly because they did not know what to expect - but from all the positive feedback I have received you were able to put them at ease very quickly and more importantly it was immensely enjoyed by all.

Catalyst were an obvious choice to assist at this year’s event due to your excellent organisation, efficient manner, creative ideas and above all the unfailing enthusiasm from both you and your staff. However, we did initially have some misgivings with using yourselves for the second year running as we wanted a complete change of emphasis but our worries proved to be unfounded as you achieved this with an outstanding creative approach.

Having given you a clear brief, you went away and delivered a fun experience that will be talked about for some time. How The West Was Won delivered key messages in a professional but hugely fun and engaging way. The facilitator you provided was excellent at drawing out all the right messages and drawing business parallels. I was also very comfortable with your flexibility in being able to shape the game to meet my specific needs.

Well, what a day that was! I don’t know about you but I spoke to a few of our people immediately after the morning briefing and I can honestly say their enthusiasm and response was absolutely... average.

Seeing and speaking to them at the end of the day, you would not have believed they were the same people!

They could not believe the things you expected them to do. After all, who in their right mind would ask a grandmother of two children to abseil a 60’ tower or expect six grown adults to stand on top of a post box and salute? Opposite a police station too!

My thanks to the team for putting together such a superb day in such a short time. What can we do to them next?!

I have had nothing but rave feedback from people about your event and about the fun that people had (and even some saucy comments about your uniforms!). The most frequent comment we’ve had is that it was the best away day ever - and that’s even coming from our partners who’ve a) been on hundreds of these days and b) regularly have them in Marbella or Nice! So it must have been something really quite special.

Once again - a huge thanks - you’ve made mine and Louisa’s career (although I fear we may now get asked to do it all over again!)
