By injecting a truly personal touch into your company logo, In the Picture demonstrates just how important every individual is to your company. From digital portraits of each of your delegates, we create a stunning and dynamic montage that finally reveals your company logo, conference message or an image of your choice on a big screen.

In the Picture is a spectacular conference climax that celebrates what makes your company special and recognises the contribution your people make to its success. It is also a unique way to launch a new product or introduce a new brand or logo.

What will happen during In The Picture?

• On arrival, a digital photo will be taken of each of your delegates against a range of coloured freestanding backdrops.
• These portraits can either be kept fairly simple or we can add a themed dressing up option to enhance the final image.
• During your conference, we will process all your imagery on specific software to create a spectacular closing programme.
• At the end of the day, your delegates will see their images on the big screen linked to music of your choice.
• The opening sequence is a moving succession of four individual faces, which then expands to a montage of sixteen, then to thirty-two and so on.
• As the view pans back and the pace quickens, you will see more and more faces until there are simply too many to count.
• The camera will then zoom over the images at an angle to create a spectacular bird’s eye view with every delegate catching a glimpse of themselves many times over. 
• This continues at an increasing pace, until you see that the images - now multiplied many times over - have joined together to create your company logo or conference message.
