Introducing Flat Out: Chariot Challenge…

Since Boadicea and Ben Hur, chariots have been the fastest and most thrilling way of getting from A to B. Now, two millennia later, the chariot is back and the excitement can all be yours.

Flat Out: Chariot Challenge tests the communication skills, collaboration and creativity of your people as they build the ultimate model kit - a full-scale Roman or Celtic chariot – against the clock and against each other. However, this is no easy undertaking. The teams will have to plan carefully and work as one if they are to succeed in reaching their goal.

Flat Out: Chariot Challenge is an enjoyable experience that brings out the best in your people and encourages ingenuity, cooperation and good-natured competitiveness.

What will happen during this event?

• Working from detailed plans, each team will work together to turn a ‘flat-pack’ cardboard kit containing a variety of materials into a perfectly engineered two-wheeled machine.
• Pushing this challenge even further, your teams will simultaneously be faced with extra challenges and tasks before the chariot is finally constructed.
• Once construction is complete, your teams are then free to make their own design statement by decorating and embellishing their chariots either to their own design or in a way that complements your brand, corporate messages or values.
• As a grand finale, the teams will either race their chariots against each other in the ultimate test of speed and skill or display them in a gladiator-themed parade creating an atmosphere to rival that of the legendary Circus Maximus.
