The Crescendo team building exercise challenges delegates to become a string ensemble in less than one hour. This inspirational team building activity has been specifically designed to fit into your busy conference schedule requiring only one hour and one room, and creating very little disruption.

In fact delegates can even stay in their seats! Once participants have been familiarised with their violin or viola, two experienced tutors guide the group through a very clever composition. As the intensity of the backing track that binds this uplifting experience together grows, so does the confidence of your team as they come together to create a unified string orchestra.

“We launched our first ground breaking classical teambuilding activity ‘Orchestrate’ back in 2006 and many blue chip clients have risen to this extraordinary challenge. It been an incredible success for us worldwide with many satisfied participants.

After 6 years the experience we gained from developing Orchestrate has given us the confidence to launch another classical teambuilding exercise which fills a different niche in the market. We recognise that there are many clients who would like to enjoy a classical music experience, but haven’t the time or budget to include Orchestrate in the their schedule.

With its own unique composition, Crescendo presents a lower budget alternative that can easily be slotted into a conference schedule Its flexible format means that this could be effectively delivered in a 45 minute session or extended to fill longer periods. Crecendo's simple but clever composition makes it very accessible and rewarding and in we see no reason why this couldn’t also be the perfect after dinner event.
