About
Participants work in small teams, each provided with a tablet and a kit containing props and materials. The game unfolds through various themed categories—ranging from music and global events to communication styles, workplace culture, and technology.
Within each category, teams first explore the defining traits of each generation. They then take on engaging trivia, creative tasks, and discussions designed to spark insight and collaboration. Points are earned for every challenge completed, with additional opportunities to score through interactive physical stations.
The experience wraps up with a final team-wide challenge that brings everyone together—demonstrating the impact and value of effective multi-generational workplace training.
